These terms govern your use of kpopgig.com ("kpopgig", "we"). By creating an account or posting on the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the community features — you can still browse concert information without an account.
1. Who can use kpopgig
You must be 13 years or older to create an account or post. We ask for your birth year at signup to enforce this.
2. Your account
- Your email address is your login ID. We email you a secure sign-in link — there is no password to remember or lose.
- Keep access to your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for others.
3. Community rules
Our community is for fans of all ages (13+). Every post is reviewed by a real person before it appears publicly.
- Be kind. No mean words, hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
- Keep it clean. No profanity, sexual content, or anything inappropriate for young teens.
- Your photos only. Share only photos and videos you took yourself. Do not post artist photos you found online, screenshots from broadcasts, or anyone else's content.
- No spam. No advertising, scams, or repeated identical posts.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be an artist, staff member, or another fan.
- Stay legal. Do not post anything illegal or that encourages illegal behavior.
4. Upload license
By uploading photos, videos, or text to kpopgig, you confirm the content is yours (or you have permission to share it), and you grant kpopgig a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the site and in related community features. You keep ownership of your content and can request removal at any time via [email protected].
5. Moderation
We may remove any content, warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules — at our discretion, to keep the community safe. We do not have to give advance notice. If you believe a moderation decision was a mistake, contact [email protected].
6. Copyright (DMCA)
We respect copyright. If you believe content on kpopgig infringes your copyright, follow the procedure on our DMCA / takedown page. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content will be terminated.
7. What kpopgig is (and isn't)
Kpopgig is an independent information service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, agency, promoter, venue, or ticket seller. Concert dates, venues, and ticket information may change or be cancelled without notice — always verify with official sources before making travel or purchase decisions. We do not sell tickets.
8. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep concert information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kpopgig is not liable for schedule changes, cancellations, ticket availability or pricing, travel disruptions, or any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. We will post the latest version here with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
